Mama’s Southern Style Barbecue Sauce was initially conceived when

we owned a small barbecue restaurant on West Madison Street in Chicago, Illinois.  The restaurant did not survive, but the sweet sauce with hints of smokiness and exotic spices did. This sauce is the basis of
what is now Mama’s Southern Style Barbecue Sauce.

Habanero Hot Sauce

Growing up “Mama” Merrill always had a garden full of herbs,
spices and peppers. Habanero peppers was one of her favorites. Mama’s Southern
Style Hot sauce continues in this tradition and uses habanero peppers in our
hot sauce. Habanero peppers blended with the freshest of ingredients and unique
spices creates and excellent accompaniment for All Meats,
